A Recipe Perfect for Fall - Pumpkin Spice Latte
The essence of fall in a cup, this homemade version is sure to warm your heart and soul:
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 to 3 tbsp sugar (based on preference)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice (https://amzn.to/3sHceV6)
- ½ cup strong hot coffee
- Whipped cream (optional)
**Directions**:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Microwave until hot.
2. Remove from heat, whisk in vanilla, pumpkin spice, and coffee.
3. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle a little pumpkin spice on top. Enjoy!
